I'm honored to have Lilah Higgins on today's episode of the podcast. Lilah shares her own personal journey of owning a business and dealing with anxiety as well as different things she did to help her through those times.

Alongside her husband, Lilah Higgins is the co-founder of The Higgins Creative, a brand agency for coaches, consultants, and creatives. Taking her fine art training into the online space, she works with purpose-driven companies who want to build an effective and cohesive brand across platforms and income streams. She drinks her coffee iced, loves a good slice of ahi, and enjoys opening her home to people.
