His teams have delivered amazing results, and his experience spans across academic institutions, training organizations, and communities. Ron serves on the Executive Committee for the Columbia Chamber; He is a Past President of the Association of Talent Development Midlands Chapter; He serves on the Communities In Schools South Carolina Board; He serves on the South Carolina Center For Fathers and Families Board of Directors.

Ron earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Trident University. He also earned a Certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and is a Graduate of The Adaptive Leadership Program at Harvard University. Additionally, Ron is a Certified Coach with the John Maxwell Team and a PCC Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation.
