How Did I Create the Work Schedule of 25 Hours per Week
As a business owner, it can be all too easy for your work schedule begin to take over your life schedule. It can feel that you're doing all the things, all the time.
I, personally, have found that 25 hours per week of work is my sweet spot. It allows me to get the needed work done while also being able to excel and thrive as a wife, mom and daughter.
How do I do this? How do I actually make this happen?
We can know the number of hours we want to work but unless we're putting in the work to actually have that be a reality, we'll continue to fall short and be frustrated because our boundaries are being crossed.
If this feels true to you, I suggest doing an audit. Keep track of the hours you work doing EVERYTHING that you typically do. If you're goal is to work 30 hours a week and you find you worked 45, then you get to make the decision on what needs to change and how to go about it.
