If you're at the 6 & 7 figure level in your business, chances are (if you're using social media) you have someone else handling your media presence.
What I want to leave with you today is this… if this person isn't a Christian, doesn't have the same world view you have and / or doesn't know your brand voice – you are not effectively using social media the way YOU should be using it. It's important that each of us show up on social media authentically, however; most successful businesses do not have the time, energy or knowledge on how to approach social media the correct way.
So this is my caution to you as you approach finding someone to help with social media consulting and management for your business – ensure they know WHO you are, WHOSE you are and the VALUES that are most important to your company.
