Traci was climbing and hustling her way up the ladder of a direct sales company and after the birth of her second child, Traci was diagnosed with Postpartum Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. This began her journey of the importance of mindset and how it affects all areas of lives.
In this episode, Traci shares with us her story and how she is now empowering and working with individuals to overcome hurdles and to shift their mindset that is holding them back from being unstoppable.
Traci is CEO of UNcoached and Creator of CEOFlo. She is a former top leader in multiple direct sales companies. Upon seeing the value in hiring a life and leadership coach to help her create fulfillment in top business and sales positions, she hired not one but three coaches. It made such an impact on her and her team that she decided to become a coach herself and build her private practice. UNcoached is the result of having turned everything she learned on its head and finally embracing more aligned strategies to attain both success in business as well as fulfillment and flow as a mom of 4. She now takes women through a complete inner overhaul in her signature program, CEOFlo.
